CAYAMBE, ECUADOR- JUNE 29: Indigenous of community of Santo Domingo 1 dressed as clown are preparing for the celebration in honor of "San Pedro". Indigenous communities of the Cayambe canton, located an hour from Quito, Ecuador, celebrate every year the "San Pedro" on the day of the saint, 29 of June. This feast coincides with the winter solstice, and indigenous people dance in processions from their mountain villages through the San Pedro de Cayambe town, giving thanks for the harvest.Patricio Realpe/ChakanaNews
